Linking errors with PC/Gorm on win32

I know there is an issue with dllwrap.exe not linking correctly on
win32. Does anyone have a portion of Makefile I can cut and paste in to
get the EXPORTS set up correctly?

I'm trying to compile the latest PC on my win32 box. I have everything
running perfectly on my Ubuntu box, so I'll just keep using that, but
I'd like to have it on my win32 box as well instead of using Emacs.
