GNUstep is a development environment, not a window manager. WindowMaker
supports many features of GNUstep better than most window managers and is the
offical window manager for GNUstep, but WindowMaker should not be confused with
GNUstep. WindowMaker doesn't use GNUstep at all.
You would probably be better served asking this question on the wm-user list or
the wm-dev list for the WindowMaker dev team. Please see:
http://www.windowmaker.org/lists.html
for a complete list of mailing lists pertaining to WindowMaker.
