No, I didn't notice any problems as it seems to be functioning as intended.  

The problem is how it is designed (ie. the intent of function).  It seems to 
expect every project to fit into a certain mold, i.e. certain files in certain 
places *period*.   It would be nice if it's handling of file layout were a bit 
more flexible, like with Xcode.

Agree with you. Excelent work, Sašo. Sašo if you don't mind I want to 
integrate ProjectManager's editor into ProjectCenter.

Did you notice some problems with ProjectCenter? Could you describe them?
