ANN: System Preferences

System Preferences is a clone of the OS X System Preferences application based 
on a GNUstep implementation of the PreferencePanes framework.

Currently System Preferences has only four modules: Date & Time, File System, 
Modifier Keys and Volumes, but the PreferencePanes framework is well documented on 
the Apple site and I hope that people will write other bundles...
