ANN: Encore - Version 0.2.0 available

Encore is a subproject of 42 and functions as the base library for 42.

It can be used in other projects too and runs under GNUstep and Mac OS X.

The new release especially supports a flexible logging mechanism which

can be compared to log4j in some degree. Also it contains identifier-based

string substitution (parameterizable strings), StringUtils and

a first version of an introduction document.

and readme file of Encore. The current homepage is extremely poor but

gives an introduction for Encore too.
