Ticker.app announcements redirected.

Hi folks,

I apologize for sending all those announcements to the list. I established
an RSS feed at http://www.gnustep.it/marko/Ticker/Ticker.xml where all
future announcements will be published. I made it the default feed that
appears when the user does not have any feeds configured. I also fixed a
bug that would let the user add feeds with an empty name field. I will
test Ticker.app some more (memory allocation) and upload the new version
in a few hours.
