I think he's
1. into gratuitous insults
2. under the strange impression that SVN code is supposed to be  
stable release code
:-)

PS ... the fix was fine/correct, but exposed a different bug in  
another part of the code which was obviously not apparent when  
testing that key equivalents were working.
