Combination of:
1. webmasters apparently all busy;
2. nobody mailed webmasters;
3. problem appears to be beyond webmaster control.
Headers suggest it was only changed about 01:51+0000 today.
I've mailed support at the hosting provider (blasted gnu web archives munged
the vital address, but I found it in a backup). Website CVS seems untouched
and I have a backup of the site if we need to put new hosting online.
