Shouldn't it be GSScrollViewInterfaceStyle since it's a default that is not a
standard OpenStep/Cocoa default?

Good idea, and it works. Though it looks a bit weird, since the top
'box' (the one that is a slightly darker gray) is missing.
However, wouldn't it make more sense to use the original left sided
scrollbar, if the default is NOT set? And why is a right sided
scrollbar used, when NSScrollViewInterfaceStyle is set to
NSMacintoshInterfaceStyle? Makes sense for NSWindows95InterfaceStyle,
though.
