subproject have a merge command to create subproject.o
on MacOSX it is
OBJ_MERGE_CMD = \
$(CC) -nostdlib -r -d ...
Is -nostdlib really necessary ?
That command creates an unsusable subproject.o with g++ (in PopplerKit)
