minor plist inconvenience

Hi,

another thing which was found during porting OGo to gnustep-base is  
that plists are slightly difference. In short this works on lF and  
Cocoa but doesn't on base:

myfile.plist:
---snip---
{};
---snap---
The trailing semicolon raises an exception. I suppose GS should be  
more tolerant on parsing plists even if that doesn't fit the spec  
100% :-)
