Wow, this is a VERY impressive application.
I took a quick look at the code and it is very well structured, and
makes heavy use of the Cocoa text system.
Does anybody have any thoughts on how complete / compatible the
GNUStep implementation of the Cocoa text system is?
It seems like Bean would be an excellent test of it.
I'm going to start playing around with Bean, I have a few ideas about
a creating a LaTeX editor where the
front end behaves like a standard word processor and the back end
emits LaTeX, similar to LyX, but one
that does not suck :), and seems like Bean would be a great place to
start.
