Hehe ;-) Nope, they have different *takings* ("french" style). 99,99% of all plugs used in Germany are designed for both "Schuko" (CEE 7/4) and "french" (CEE 7/5) taking (So-called CEE 7/7 {and CEE 7/17} plugs. -- Or of course Europlugs = CEE 7/16)
