Well, the problem is that to me an mswindows's menu is an horizontal
menu inside a window, no more. Then, we are took about different things.
But, maybe this idea can by implemented in something like
NSNextStepAlternativeIntefaceStyle or NSGNUstepAlternativeInterfaceStyle
or any other suitable name. My goal is make an horizontal menu inside a
window, if this is an mswindows's menu or not, to me isn't important.
