Odd problem with startup 0.23.0 and FisicaLab

Hi, FisicaLab compile without problem with startup 0.23.0, but when I
want run this I get the error

I don't have problems with another GNUstep apps (only with GORM). The
error say something about the language and back, but I have GWorkspace
in spanish without problem. Any suggestion?
