Grand Central Dispatch

Hi Everyone,

In case you missed the announcement, Apple have just released the core  
bits of Grand Central as open source:

http://libdispatch.macosforge.org/

The code is riddled with Darwinisms, but is fairly clean apart from  
that.  It should be relatively easy to port to other platforms, just  
requiring a bit of cleanup.
