Should be fixed in svn now.
I experienced this right now. Using GWorkspace which has alt-shit-Q to
quit (just a common task I do...)
On X11.
1) Application is in front. alt-shift-q. I just get a beep
2) alt-p, I get a print panel, so shortcuts are working, focus is correct
3) alt-shit-q again. This time it works.
Weird...
