The video doesn't have to play and there could also be a fallback
static image for the missing plugin. And people without resource
probably have some form of flash blocking themselves.

Anyway, just some ideas, which I don't really like it myself but
someone may do so.

I think may be we can also use some free services with ads, may be
like Wikia? Only as a community wiki. Coz it's like they have 24/7 pro
wiki administration to deal with spams, extensions and most wiki
issues, more open to edits too.
