ProjectCenter start problem

I installed ProjectCenter 0.6.0 on a gNewSense (Ubuntu) system.  I have
gnustep-make-2.4.0, gnustep-base-1.20.1, gnustep-gui-0.18.0, and
gnustep-back-0.18.0, and gorm-1.2.12.

Gorm runs fine, but does anyone know why I might get these messages when
I try to start ProjectCenter?  The ProjectCenter icon appears on my
desktop, but does not respond when I click on it.
