I think some GNUstep people are staying in the Argus.  The Louise was cheap and 
quite close to the conference.

Nicolas said that the Novotel was full, although FOSDEM has booked a load of 
rooms and may have some cancellations.

Somewhere close to the Grand Place will be good for the evenings (mostly places 
to eat / drink are near there), and for meeting and finding somewhere to hack 
on the Friday.  I remember from last year that the Novotel is in a square with 
two or three other hotels, so maybe one of those is sensible?
