state gcc-4.7 support for gnustep

Hallo,

we plan the inclussion of gcc-4.7 on Fedora 17.

During a text build with a prerelease of gc-4.7 I have found out,
the gcc-4.7 doesn't provides the include file objc/objc-api.h
which is requried for gnustep-base.

So I want to ask to you plan to support gcc-4.7 for gnustep.
