Lack of TelephoneDirectory.h

Dear friends,

I am learning GNUstep on Windows. I learn it with the book "GNUstep Base 
Programming Manual.pdf". In Chapter "Distributed Objects" of this book, I 
need file TelephoneDirectory.h to build the demo program. But I cannot found 
it at the installation directory of GNUstep. Where can I get it?
