[ANNOUNCE] CDPlayer 0.6.0 released

Hello all,
I have finally released version 0.6.0 of CDPlayer. The most significant
changes are
- the move from libcdaudio to libcdio
- CDPlayer now uses the output library of Cynthiune.

The project has been moved to github. It can be found at
https://github.com/schik/cdplayer. The released source code is available
at https://github.com/schik/cdplayer/releases/tag/v0.6.0.

Thanks a lot to Sebastian for testing and sending patches.
