The operation is done: Main interruption occured from 9:15pm to 9:35pm (Paris
time) but access to some databases (for wiki for example) were restored only
around 10pm for an obscure reason related to mysql permissions :-(

Next step will be to move the site to a more up-to-date server; I'll let you
