I agree with the idea of creating a GNUstep browser by wrapping an existing browser engine such as chrome. For me, because I’m using NSMacintoshMenuStyle, I just want a browser that is using GNUstep to draw it’s windows/tabs so that the Menubar at the top of the screen stays there when I go online to browse. I don’t care so much about the look of controls/buttons within the web browser itself. I think that any GNUstep desktop attempts should play nice in both Macintosh and Nextstep menu styles. Right now there's definitely a bias towards the NEXT menu style over the Macintosh one in terms of application support.
