slowness in opening windows

Hi all!


I'm testing apps with latest back and cairo. It contains the latest 
xrandr imporvements by Sergey plus latest fixes.

I tested it on a pretty decent laptop with Radeon card, where Xfce runs 
snappy - all window "opening" operations seem slow for me. Menus open 
incredibly slowly, windows, alert pop up slowly and also resizing is 
very slow.


Slow means lag: you don't see e.g. the menu draw, it takes a delay to 
"appear" and then displays suddenly.


Do you experience something like that too? I will perform more tests.
