One way to start would be to handle the existing issues in githib (see 
https://github.com/poroussel/simpleagenda/issues/4 for the most important in my 
opinion) and send me pull requests.
After a while I guess I could give some people access to the github project 
which could be kept as the project homepage.

What do you think ?
