See https://github.com/gnustep/documentation/tree/guides. It is a work in progress  right now, but I am done with typesetting, and adapting a tex template (I wrote you about this a while ago).

If we should update something on the website regularly, let me know where to pull the HTML / PDF from and on what schedule should this be done.
