* for each profile, you define targets:

viadeo
digg
facebook
twitter
freshmeat
...
and login/pass

Then a page to submit info:
Title
Desc short
Desc long
Url

Then a page with list of targets and a button to submit and a button to
switch manually status "submitted" or "to submit".
