[Dolibarr-dev] Beta 2

I will make package a second beta (beta 2) for the 3.1 this week-end.

This will include all bug fixes of first beta already done but will also 
provides new packages format like RPM, deb. It will be possible to tests 
thoose package too from this second beta.

So because the branch 3.1 is stable but has not yet been created (i will 
create branch during this week-end), please do not commit "new 
features", nor "architecture changes" until Monday.

After monday, I will also start to experiment GIT usage instead of CVS.
