An user in dolibarr.es forum is complaining about this because in 3.3 the icon wasn't shown without enabling the hidden constant. Is there any reason for this? Commit message does not tell anything related to the change...

At this place, the feature was misunderstood by users and was created a big confusion for a lot of.

The feature is to offer a page to make 1 invoice for several (may be all) orders of a customer.
Having a link on the line of a specific order XXX was a bad thing because it is not an action on order XXX. But it jumps onto a page to create an invoice for the waiting orders of a thirdparty with thirdparty that is the thirdparty that owns the order XXX.
In one word, you click on a picto of an order XXX and this create an invoice for an order YYY, that is of course a big source of error.

For this reason, with 3.4, the feature has been moved at a place that is more Dolibarr compliant: onto the thirdparty card with a button "Invoice orders".
Most "workflow" action are available onto an "action button" (and not onto actions inside lists) available on element related to action (here the element related to action "invoice for all orders of a third party" is the thirdparty, not a specific order among others.
