[Dolibarr-dev] Freeze of 3.7

Hi dolibarr dev.


According to roadmap, a freeze of dolibarr 3.7 will occurs at
beginning of october.

There was a very high numbr of changes into architecture and core code
making a high need for a long beta. And we always miss time for beta,
so i will not add any delay for this freeze as i frequently did in the
past.
