Hi developers.

During DevCamps, i regularly present the Top Ten of strategic features wanted or planned in Dolibarr.
A strategic feature is not necessarily what users need, but what I think power users or project sponsors expect to have to decide to choose Dolibarr instead of another software and what is the guide line for Dolibarr future...
I have updated this Top Ten to remove tasks already done and added new one. To always have an uptodate list, I added a GitHub tag called "Priority Top Ten Strategic" so you can easily list them. This is the direct link :

https://github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Priority+Top+Ten+Strategic%22

Note that you must make a difference with the "standard priorities" of an issue or feature request defined by tags "Low", "Medium" and "High" that is used to know issues or feature request we must have immediate attention or not during a development cycle.

Also, I added a new tag that match project best practice called "good first issue" to provide a list of tickets that is a good choice to start to develop on Dolibarr.

https://github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr/labels/good%20first%20issue

If you are an experienced developer, and want to know on what you can work, you may use the tag "Volunteer wanted" to find issues to work on :

https://github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr/issues?q=is%3Aopen+is%3Aissue+label%3A%22Volunteer+wanted+%28reserved+tag%29%22

We are still waiting that github open the edition of tags to any users, so every developer/user will be able to tags issue himself. Let's hope...
