One of our guys checked out the link and it was working just a few minutes ago. 
 Please try again and let me know if you are still having a problem.

WRT your licensing question ... all Ping products to date are under what we 
refer to as a public source license - it just had some commercial restrictions 
on usage and bundling (I think we had a 100 cpu limit).  Release 2.0 (which is 
planned for Q1/2 of next year) will be released under the BSD license.

  I'm looking around for auth / "virtual identity" systems that we
might want to recommend for use with DotGNU, and someone recently
mentioned your and SourceID.NET projects.

Alas your site requires me to agree to a license before I can
download, and the links to the license are broken.  (For me
the choice of license is not at all an insignificant detail;
for the DotGNU project we are interested only in software with
GPL-compatible licensing).
