Actually, I think that it was a good answer to his points.

Incidentally, the "central forwarding server" idea has been obsoleted,
to some extent, by the RLS format in it's implications. This isn't to
say that there couldn't be some central database of RLS data associated
with a customer, but there may not be a need for it.
