[DotGNU]Discussion list weekly summaries

I agree with Tony and RMS on the importance of creating weekly
summaries of the discussions on each list.  This refers both to
the dotgnu.org mailing lists and the subproject mailing lists
that are going to be started very soon.

Now for the BIG question... who is willing to do this work?

If you are willing to help out, please join the website mailing
list at http://dotgnu.org/mailman/listinfo/website and post
there about your willingness and availability.

You will get some recognition for this work as you can put
"This page is maintained by (Your Name)" at the bottom of each
of the pages on the website that you maintain.

I believe that it should be possible to have a link from your
name to a personal homepage if desired, but the details of this
still need to be worked out.  (For example we definately would
not want to have links to "personal homepages" that promote
proprietary software.)
