Well, if you look in the arch list archives for last month, myrddian wrote
a nice first draft of the SEE spec.  We've also had discussions on IRC
about SEE's place in DotGNU and I've been working on some documentation
for defining just that.  I have more pressing matters at the moment, but
within the next week I should be able to finish them up.

Also, S11001001 wrote a new page describing the SEE that can be found on
the website archive.  This will also be dealt with within the next week.

Beyond specifications, the Andromeda daemon is our first SEE code and it's
available off of savannah.  It's a starting point, and an example of what
CAN be done.
