        IL has "unmanaged" support for C++ stuff. And by starting 
from an AST , I think we can really bring about our agenda of 
one codegen for all. Also think about how this will affect GCJ
and similar stuff.

        The point is why work on a parser/lexer when you can get
the AST as such.
