The csdoc supports a texinfo and html output.

A WIKIS can also be written in csdoc, that would be a
great service! Look at the axkit with the perl POD
based wikis, it is really cool.

We should write our docs in csdoc and if we need more
tags, make a case to the ecma and publish and proposal
for extension. 
The only thing that I can think of is a csdoc module
for docbook like they have done with javadoc.

I am very excited about the possibilites of csdoc.
