[DotGNU]DllImport in cscc

I've just added a quick and dirty hack to cscc (CVS version)
to recognise the "DllImport" attribute.

This should help those people who are writing PInvoke-using
libraries, until such time as I can implement real attributes
in the compiler.

So, you should no longer have to use Gopal's world-famous
post-processing script to use PInvoke with pnet.

P.S. I needed to use PInvoke for something today, and it bugged
