I think this is essential ,we've been bad at keeping new developers to
DotGNU ... I had been the unofficial guy who was to keep in touch with
the new guys .. But I am currently *very* busy for long periods of time
and we've had issues with developer turnover (Bad ! ,very Bad)

I think you mean a kind of [TODO] list ? (or just skill levels and general
info about the fast moving stuff ?)

Ok when he said basic, he meant basic :-) ... I have a fine example of a 
bug which should have been caught a looong time ago ... But I guess nobody
is trying to compile stuff with pnet ... I suppose trying to work out the
bugs is the most ideal place to start working on C# .

The attached program was written for pnetbook and proved to be the most
surprising bug (or mistake on my part) I ever saw .... (compiler issue ?)

Also attached is a Todo that is a bit bloated.


PS: I will have to apologize to BioChem333 for accusing his Base64
    stuff to be buggy , but well it's a bug afterall
