Well you said that "if you break it, you fix it" .... And I see new
bugs popping up every day in the code I commited yesterday night ...
Like today :-)

Failure of String.Format() to throw a ArgNull ...

Hehe ... reversed roles ... I'm the pnetlib lead devel and Rhys is 
the compiler lead devel .... But anything that works is goot ;-)
