There is no way to actually make an IL .exe load with pnet in Win32 ... 
Microsoft uses a Mscoree.dll to do this ... We *could* write our own 
Mscoree.dll (one for Windows 95, one for 98, .... etc) , but that would 
mean that .NET and pnet became mutually exclusive ...

For the time being "ilrun hello.exe" is the right way to do things , and
avoid unecessary complications on "click & run" procedures ...

(and the funny part is that , I can already click & run the Qt# programs
 in my Redhat box).
