I have shifted the system-specific code into "support/dir.c".
There was already an "ILGetPathInfo" declared in "il_system.h",
but it wasn't implemented. I have now done so.
This should make it easier to port to new platforms in the future,
without adding a forest of #ifdef's to "engine/lib_dir.c".
