gopal,

ok so i wrote these classes, i just got a few quick questions. What is 
the default state for DesignTimeVisibleAttribute? the c# api on msdn 
says this class should not be used by the programmer so it doesnt tell 
me what the default state is. so i set the default to false, let me 
know if its otherwise. should i just post the patch to the mailing list 
or just to you or submit it to savannah? its my first time...
