[DotGNU]DotGNU FAQ updated

I have updated the DotGNU FAQ (which you can find at
http://dotgnu.org/faq.html ).  The main changes are:
- updated the list of supported programming languages
- removed the references to the now-dead "DotGNU Inc."
  business plans
- removed some items from the list of requirements
  for DotGNU 1.0; most notably we need just any webservices
  server, if we have e.g. VRS we don't need DEE and XML-shell.
