Okay this has 'got' to be because of ipc resources.  A common problem.
BUt I'm guessing.
What does ipcs -l and ipcs -u return after you've tried the boot ??
Also it would help if you could send me the dgee.log file (address@hidden).

Also Szasz, you're being a bit of a guinnee pig at the moment as there are 
only a few of us that have played with the DGEE (myself and minddog and gopal 
pretty are pretty much the core users, and others have done successful 
installs but not really used it much as of yet).
These problems you're having really help us iron out the installation 
proceedure.  It's complicated under the hood, and sometimes a single problem 
snowballs and it looks really broken when it's not :o)

Send me the log and I'll have a look,.
