Goldwater is now an official project at Savannah.
Consequently the goldwater and phlib source that was formally
to be found in the dgee CVS tree has _moved_ !
The dgee CVS contains symlinks to the new location, so exiting co's
will still work - this link will be removed shortly.
If you're using the CVS copy please co from /cvsroot/goldwater
as soon as is convenient.
