Apache2 support is in the dgee 0.1.5 development branch. If you check
out the dgee sources you will get 0.1.4 by default unless you specify
that branch.

Steady on! :) Although some people advocate writing the manual before
the software this is not what is going on here, unless someone
volunteers and puts a lot of effort in maintaining the changes in
software in the tutorial... dgee is still a bit volatile now.
I belive a first official release is planned by end September at
earliest. This may give you an indication of timescales involved...
Guess NB is a better person to approach wrtt.
