We're back in business. Savannah is back, and I have updated it with all of
our changes to pnet and pnetlib since it went down. The following URL
contains the information that you will need to get started again:

    http://savannah.gnu.org/statements/savannah-restored.txt.asc

For developer access, you will need to update your ssh keys and use Protocol 2
(instructions are included at the above URL). Note: it may take a few hours
for the ssh keys to filter through the system and become active, so don't
panic if it doesn't work immediately.

Since I've updated the pnet and pnetlib trees, developers may commit again.
The dangerous part of the re-start operation is over. Just be sure to "cvs
diff" before you commit to make sure you don't accidentally overwrite
anything important.

Anonymous CVS access has also changed. The pserver protocol can no longer be
used. See the URL above for the new instructions.

Many thanks to the long-suffering admins at the FSF for getting the system
alive again.

Cheers,

Rhys.
